Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

Clearance or final sale items

3. How to Request a Return
Email returns@saskiaraskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the return.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
